How to make a purchase. It really couldn?t be simpler, select the item you wish to buy, proceed to checkout and follow the straightforward instructions. All prices are in pounds sterling. If you wish to discuss your purchase with us before placing an order we are more than happy to do so.

Delivery *
The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock. * If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. Accuracy of content Wizzer & Whitehead has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. Cancellations and returns
As soon as you realise that you need to change your order please contact us on 01452780819 and we will endeavour to help you. Once you have taken delivery of your order, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 7 days. The packaging may be opened but the goods should not be used. Items should be in a re saleable condition and returned promptly at your cost.

The Shopping Cart is encrypted. Basically, your payment details are in very, very safe hands. The order details are sent directly into our site, to which we only have access.

Privacy
Your contact details will be used solely to process your order and will not be used for any other reason or passed onto any other business


Loyalty Points
Loyalty points is a way of saying "Thank you" for shopping with us. With every £1 you spend we give you 1pt, collect 100 pts to entitle you to 10% discount on your next purchase.

We are happy for you to accumulate your points. But you are only able to use a maximum of 250 on any one purchase giving you a discount of 25%.

Points can not be used against items that have already been discounted. Points will also be deducted if the item they were rewarded on is returned and refunded.
